In today's growing world, people's needs have increased tremendously. Many companies have come up which provide lots of services to the people. The number of companies is increasing day by day which is causing a rise in competition among all the companies. Due to this all the companies try to protect their image in the minds of the public from getting ruined and hence, few companies maintain the quality of their services or products whereas some companies maintain low costs so as to be in more demand. This increasing competition has forced the companies to target more audiences so as to survive in the market of this world which is getting advanced at a very high speed. To increase the number of target audiences the companies choose to advertise in all the different ways possible, to get good returns. At this stage transcription plays a very important role. Transcription of data from audio to text or from text to audio or voice files, in the form of symbols or moving clips etc. transcription factors are looked upon very keenly at this point of time. Transcription factors may be based on the services provided by the companies, target audiences, quality of the service or products given by the companies etc. these factors greatly affect the transcriptions. Transcriptions made for a particular company, from text to audio or from audio to text or in any other form, when advertised would attract people's attention as they would come across the company's name and advertisement very often. This would ultimately get the company higher returns making he company more successful. Transcription factors thus play a major role in transcription in any form. In medical field, transcription is very popular. This transcription is based on the basis of DNA. Transcription here is about the region of the double-stranded DNA molecule which unwinds to allow RNA polymerase to synthesize strand of RNA containing bases complimentary to the DNA template. The DNA transcribes into RNA because of many factors and reasons. The transcription factors acting here are proteins that get added to the DNA near the start of transcription of a gene. These proteins inhibit and assist the RNA polymerase in initiation and maintenance of transcription. there are few transcription factors that are necessary for a gene to transcribe, some of them are JUN, FOS, Sp1 and basal factors. The regulation of transcription factors is a highly complex process as it depends upon many numbers of events among which the most seen are the presence of other DNA binding proteins including other transcription factors as well as local chromatin structure. Transcription factors contain many functional regions like activation domain, DNA binding domain, nuclear localization domain, Dimerization domain. Transcription is present in various fields and is essential. In medical it is a routine in one's body and in profession it is very popular for enhancing the amount of business. Transcription is based on its factors and hence the transcription factors are very vital in all the fields where transcription takes place. Transcription in business advertisements is in great demand. |
